Our game mostly comes from Namibia or Eastern Cape and is made with primal cuts to ensure the best biltong possible! If you prefer dryer and leaner meat then game is the one you want, its a little wet but nothing like beef, game meat is always dried a little longer to avoid that heavy ion taste which people refer to as "GAMEY" so we prefer to not make it too wet but more medium. We make small batches weekly to ensure a perfect product for our customers. Be sure to pre-order and have it delivered or collect from our premises in Rondebosch East, Orders can take 1 to 10 working days, this will ensure you get your biltong exactly how you like it.
