All of our beef is sourced from the Eastern Cape. We are a small Cape Town business and take pride in supplying quality biltong and droëwors you can rely on.

Yes, on larger orders. We can tailor orders by weight, fat content, how wet or dry you like it, and whether you want it sliced or whole. Custom orders are subject to a minimum order quantity, so we can't customise small amounts. Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.

Every order is vacuum-sealed. This locks in freshness and flavour from the moment it is packed, and keeps your biltong protected and in perfect condition while in transit.

Unopened, vacuum-sealed packs keep for around 3 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Once opened, keep it in a cool, dry place and enjoy it within a few days for the best taste and texture. Avoid sealing opened biltong in plastic, as trapped moisture shortens its life. For more tips, read our guide to storing biltong.

Yes. We courier across South Africa. Orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address:

• Cape Town: R65, free on orders over R750
• Major city centres: R90, free on orders over R850
• Outside major centres: R90, free on orders over R1,000

Yes. You can choose free collection from Rondebosch East, Cape Town, at checkout. We'll contact you to arrange a convenient time. You can also choose to arrange your own courier. Uber Courier is a great option for quick local deliveries.

All online payments are processed securely through PayFast and iKhokha. Your card details are never stored on our website.

Absolutely. Our vacuum-sealed biltong and droëwors are ideal for meetings, office canteens, events, client gifts and gift boxes. We offer delivery and can arrange samples. Contact us for a quote.

Because our products are perishable, please check your order as soon as it arrives. Report any quality issue within 7 days of delivery for sealed products, or within 3 days of opening, by emailing info@sampsonsbiltong.co.za with your order number and photos.
