Our Beef droewors only comes in one flavor and is made with a blend of some of the finest beef trims (Mostly beef neck so very minimal sinew), this beef droewors is made with a beautiful traditional old school droewors spice and mixed with a soft beef fat, We try not to dry our beef droewors too much as its best served this way but still has that snappiness to it. We also don't add too much fat to avoid that feeling on top of your pallet. We make small batches weekly to ensure a perfect product for our customers.  Orders can take 1 to 10 working days, this will ensure you get your biltong exactly how you like it.
